I didn't get the confirmation email
Check your spam folder, then use Resend email in the yellow banner of the app. The 6-digit code in the email's subject can be typed in the banner too.
A page came out wrong
Open it and use Another version, or Change something with a few words ("make the lines bolder", "remove the background"). Pages that fail to draw give their credit back automatically.
How do I get a refund?
Your first payment is refundable within 14 days if you have used fewer than 20 credits since. Email us from your account's address. See the guarantee.
How do I cancel my plan?
In the app, Account → Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period, and all your credits.
How do I delete my account?
The PDF looks different from the picture
The PDF and SVG are traced from your page into vector lines, so very fine grey details can become a little bolder. Use the PNG download if you need the original pixels.
