Questions
Is Colora really free to try?
Yes. Confirm your email and you get 10 free pages, with no card and no watermark. Downloads, PDFs, books and the activity makers are always free; only drawing a page uses a credit.
Can I sell what I make, on Amazon KDP or Etsy?
Yes, on any paid plan or pack: every page you make after your first payment may be used commercially, in printed or digital books. Pages made with the free credits are for personal, family and classroom use. You can't sell pages of characters that belong to someone else (Disney, Pokémon and the like): our license covers our output, not their rights. Amazon asks you to say that a book's images are AI-generated when you publish.
What sizes can I print?
Pages come in portrait (Letter and A4), 8×10, 6×9, square and landscape. The PDF and SVG are vector drawings, so they stay sharp at any size. Books export at KDP trim sizes 8.5×11, 8×10, 8.5×8.5 and 6×9 in, and A4.
What happens to the photos I upload?
A photo is used only to draw your page and is deleted a day after the page is made. The page stays in your library until you delete it.
Is it safe for children?
Every request is checked by a moderation model before anything is drawn, and the image model has its own safety filter. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over (16 in the EU); younger children use Colora with a parent or teacher.
What if a page doesn't come out right?
Ask for another version, or for a change in words ("add a party hat"). If drawing fails, the credit comes back automatically.
