Billing questions
Which pages can I sell?
Every page you make after your first payment, on a plan or with a pack, may be used commercially: printed or digital coloring books, Etsy printables, classroom packs you sell. Pages made with the 10 free credits are for personal, family and classroom use. Characters that belong to someone else (Disney, Pokémon...) are never covered.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account while you are subscribed and after you cancel.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for the year (two months free) and get the whole year's pages at once.
Can I change plans?
Upgrading, or moving to yearly, starts a new period today: you pay the new price less the unused part of your current period, and get the new plan's pages less the unused share of this period's. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
How do I cancel?
In the app, Account → Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep your credits.
Is tax added?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
